– 50% refund: Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours before the scheduled activity.
– No refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity or in case of no-show.
Cancellations due to Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances:
– Golden Eagle Langkawi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to
weather conditions (e.g., strong winds, lightning storms) or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
– In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or activities, subject to availability.
– If an alternative cannot be provided or agreed upon, we will issue a full refund upon request.
Refund Process:
– To request a refund, please contact us via phone or email with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
– Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
– Any fees charged by third-party payment processors (e.g., credit card fees) are non-
refundable.
No-shows:
– No refund will be issued for participants who fail to show up for their scheduled activity without prior notification.

Amendments to Booking:
