Cancellation and Refund Policy:
– Cancellations made by the customer:
– Full refund if cancellation is made 72 hours or more before the scheduled activity.
– 50% refund if cancellation is made between 24 to 72 hours before the scheduled activity.
– No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity or in case of no-show.
– Cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances:
– Golden Eagle Langkawi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
– In such cases, we will offer alternatives or a full refund, as agreed upon with the customer.
Participant Responsibilities:
– Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by Golden Eagle Langkawi staff.
– Participants are responsible for their own physical condition and must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation in activities.
– Participants must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations during activities.
Liability Waiver:
– Participation in water sports activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury and property damage.
– By participating, participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the
activity and release Golden Eagle Langkawi from any liability for such risks.
Age Restrictions:
– Minimum age requirements may apply to certain activities.
– Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who assumes responsibility for their safety and behavior.
Changes to Activities:
– Golden Eagle Langkawi reserves the right to modify or cancel activities due to
operational reasons, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
– We will notify customers of any changes as soon as possible and provide alternative options or refunds where applicable.
